KL martin

Writer / Director

Proudly born and raised in New Jersey. A former professional basketball player who struck a balance between jock and geek while attending Columbia High School in Maplewood, New Jersey. Kevin's ability to embrace standing out (He's now 6'10), attention to detail and a  little luck thrust him in directing his first production at the age 15. After college, Kevin was offered a professional basketball contract overseas in Germany and continued this jock/ film geek balance for almost 10 years and almost 18 countries. After semi-retirement, Kevin moved to Las Vegas, started a production company called Kaleidosight Films, opened a studio and has produced, written or directed 4 Web series and a web show called "Nerdcore Unlimited" in a little less than three years. Filming various events for Vegas Seven, the amazing comic con, Belvedere, Rockstar beer festival etc in the interim, had helped Kevin set him apart from Vegas and led to opportunities not afforded to many filmmakers over a this short amount of time.
